Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It is a feeling of fear or irrational apprehension about what is to come.
It is a state of survival where your ego wants to protect you from no longer being hurt, but fails….
This is why you end up having irrational behaviours (especially in your relationships) like:
> Excess or deficit of attachment, distortion of reality, guilt, shame, (self) blame, extreme worries and emotions, (inner) conflicts, confusion….

Daily check in: freely write down your thoughts, express your emotions, describe your tensions. You will feel better and more supported straight away (this is the “dopamine effect” which frees your body and mind in 5 minutes)

Gratitude: Write words of gratitude daily to boost your energy and hack your view of your situation. It has been proven to have a great impact on your health and happiness.

Intuition: Add your favourite meditation practice to connect with more meaning and to understand your situation on a deeper level. Remember that life doesn’t happen TO you but FOR you, and welcome something new (and exciting) in your journal …

Humor: smile and use self-derision to activate the neurochemicals of happiness, to shift faster, to make your new reality more palpable and realistic, to welcome something unusual and unexpected (for your ego) into your life.

When you are overwhelmed by your stress and anxiety: “dump your brain,” put everything out of your head and on paper until your mind becomes clear again.

The day after your journaling session: reread and reflect on your writing to see all of your progress, to believe in your intuition even more, and to recognize your personal power over your projects and relationships.
