5 steps to strengthen your holistic health from within, with mindful writing
I have to confess that I’ve been a « Journaling Junkie » for 4 years…. :)
Every morning, my journal is making my life lighter, brighter, bigger, easier and so far more juicy.
It has definitely changed my well-being and general health for the better. But before 2018, my day to day life was far from being easy….
I rather felt like I was « balancing on a high wire » with this fear of falling down without anyone to pick me up.
I was unconsciously and continually afraid of not “making it”, so I kept running away.
As a result, I found myself heartbroken, bankrupted and burnt out at the physical, mental and emotional levels at 33 years old.
This literally shifted in January 2018, when I bought my first notebook, in Koh Lanta, Thailand. This act was my leap of faith (even if i didn’t know it yet).
Every day, I started to listen to my inner voice, thoughts and emotions and to write them down. Since then, I have never stopped. It feels so good…
Every day, even if it’s for a minute, even if it’s on my phone, I take note of everything that comes from my intuition, from my inner world.
My transformation is obvious at all levels :
- Physically : I got rid of eczema and psoriasis, I feel beautiful and feminine, sensual and sexual
- Mentaly : I feel grounded and strong as a single lady in Thailand, even during Covid, and even if my little sister is very sick in France
- Emotionally : I’m building a conscious romantic relationship with a man above my anxious attachment patterns
- Psychologically : I’m healing for 2 childhood traumas and set me free on a daily basis with my journal
- Professionally : I’m making a comfortable living as a digital nomad and teach Writing Meditation with my heart
- Spiritually : I feel loved, protected, supported and guided
